Product details

The TopSystem Set Standard VW Crafter 2016 ProSafe features the Sortimo load-securing system in the cross beam profiles. As a result the ProSafe lashing straps can be easily and quickly hooked into the entire roof surface for load securing without the need for additional accessories. Additionally attaching rubber inserts to the cross beams prevents the payload from shifting but also protects it from damage.

ProSafe is Sortimo’s professional load securing system. It can be used on the vehicle manufacturer’s original lashing points, on the Sortimo van racking system and also on the integrated lashing points in the vehicle floor. Retrofitting ProSafe onto your roof rack gives you an integrated load securing system for your entire vehicle.

The TopSystem Set Standard VW Crafter 2016 ProSafe can be installed onto the following type of vehicle:

- VW Crafter from model year 2016, wheel base 3640 mm, normal roof (H2) and high roof (H3).

The set consists of three cross beams with a length of 1650 mm, enabling the roof surface to be fully utilised. As a result, you have the van's maximum loading area at your disposal.

The installation material and support legs are included with the TopSystem Set Standard.

You can make new stowage space accessible for your van with this set. The Sortimo TopSystem roof rack not only provides for an additional loading surface but also enables the secure transport of bulky and long objects. The minimal net weight of the roof rack by means of its light weight construction enables a maximum payload. The load capacity of the Sortimo TopSystem lies at up to 50 kg per cross member. Additionally in this regard, the maximum roof load of the vehicle should be observed. The cross members are closed off with side supports, which prevent round objects from falling down during loading and unloading. The aerodynamic design has a positive effect on the noise emission during transit and on the fuel consumption as well. Furthermore the TopSystem has a long service life thanks to its corrosion resistant materials. The integrated ProSafe lashing system enables a quick and simple load securing at the highest level. Extend your roof rack with practical aids using the TopSystem accessories, such as the load stopper (Ref. No.: 1000005398), which help you to carry out load securing in no time at all – so that you are quicker on the road and at your customer.
